Scope
This notice explains JunkHQ’s processing of workforce information for its own personnel and the workforce features it supplies to customer businesses. Your employer or engaging business is independently responsible for its employment practices and should provide its own workforce notice naming itself.
Information and uses
Workforce information may include identity and contact details, account role, authentication and security events, work schedule, assigned routes, job actions, timecard entries, wage rates, payroll estimates, payment records, support communications, IP address, and user-agent. It is used to administer access, schedule work, document time and job activity, estimate payroll, secure and support the platform, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
Disclosure and retention
Information is available to authorized users of the employing business and to JunkHQ personnel and subprocessors who need it to operate or support the Services. It may be disclosed when legally required or in a business transaction. Time and pay records are ordinarily retained for at least four years, or longer when law or a legal hold requires; security logs are ordinarily kept for 12 months; account and acceptance evidence is kept for the relationship plus seven years.
Choices and contact
Contact your employer or engaging business to access or correct scheduling, timecard, wage, or payroll information it controls. For JunkHQ-controlled workforce information, email owen@tuzisoft.com. We will verify identity before disclosure. Nothing in this notice creates employment rights or changes the relationship with your employer.
